Morgan began her journey with LSP in January 2019 and has progressed from a lead teacher to a member of our leadership team as a Head Teacher. Morgan has a strong passion for all things, LSP. She works hard each day to provide all children with the best ECE experience they can have. She is quick to help parents with anything and all things they need and is a constant support to the teachers she serves. We are very thankful to have Ms. Morgan at Val Vista!”

Here is some fun information about her and what makes her such a standout!

What age group do you teach?

What is the name of your classroom?
Head Teacher – Front Office

What do you love most about the age group you teach?
The snuggles and getting to watch them reach their milestones. I love being able to watch my students start as infants and go all the way to the preschool classroom.

What is your favorite curriculum project you’ve ever done in your classroom?
All of the artwork! But my favorite was getting a big sheet of butcher paper and letting students crawl around in the paint. The mess was awesome, and they all had so much fun with it!

What do you enjoy most about working for LSP?
Connecting not only with the students but their families as well. I have built so many great relationships and can’t wait to continue to do so!

What made you want to become an early childhood educator?
My love for kids! I started working with them at such a young age and have loved it ever since. I love each and every one of my students as if they were my own and can’t imagine doing anything different.

Who and/or what inspires you?
The kids have always inspired me. Their love for learning and seeing how much they love coming to school every day is what inspires me to do what I do.

I enjoy hanging out with friends. I also spend a lot of my outside time with kids, whether it be babysitting or coaching soccer.
